The Portable Studio
All of the equipment in our portable studio is professional gear like I use everyday in our Lawrenceville studio. This ensures that I’m able to give you a look identical to the experience and deliver the same fantastic quality you would receive from a studio session. 

Time Sensitive
Time is money – for all of us! When we bring the studio to your office I’m extremely sensitive to the value of your staff’s time. I’m able to work quickly and efficiently to deliver the highest quality headshots while taking as little as a few minutes of your staff’s time. Since we have a full-service studio in Lawrenceville we can offer in-studio make-up sessions for any staff that were not able to make the office shoot.

Image Selection & Retouched Fished Images
We offer two options for selection of final image(s):
A: We are happy to offer an on site selection right at the camera. Each participant can immediately view the poses we made and pick a favorite for complete retouching.   This adds a few minutes to each session but avoids some delays in the delivery of your finished images.
B: Many clients prefer to view an online gallery for each participant to select a favorite pose (or the pose may be selected by one designated person). These galleries are usually available within 24 hours for viewing. We do request that a complete list be gathered by one contact person to be forwarded to us.

Retouching usually includes, a bit of skin softening and blemish removal, slight teeth whitening if needed and removal of flyaway hairs. Business portrait retouching is a light and natural looking cleanup for image enhancement.

Digital Delivery
 We strive for a 5 day turn around on groups of 20 people or less once we have a complete list of selected poses. You will receive the final retouched images in full resolution 8x10 @ 300 DPI Jpg format as well as a web-optimized version of each pose.   We will email a link to download your entire group of portraits. Each participant’s portraits are in a separate labeled subfolder in the download. Rush services are also available.

As we photograph I constantly review the images to be able to suggest any adjustments needed to achieve the best look for each subject.   Each person photographs just a bit differently and even in a busy session with a number of participants I make certain each one gets a great look.   With over 30 years experience of photographing both in our studio and in high-volume location situations I’m adept at pulling out a great look in a short time.

We can work together to select the best background for your needs. You may select a studio style background or perhaps you like a particular location in your office as the background for all your portraits.   Often a client selects a background that we use repeatedly over time to maintain a consistent look for corporate and website images.
